Product Introduction

MP-130L is medium molecular weight micro-suspension PVC paste resin developed by Tianjin Bohua Chemical, designated as I-grade for general coating & foaming applications. It features low stable plastisol viscosity, ultra-low 24h thickening rate, few impurity particles, low residual VCM and excellent thermal whiteness. The resin delivers smooth film forming, outstanding defoaming performance and stable viscosity during long-term plastisol storage, widely suitable for artificial leather, floor leather, conveyor belts, rotational molding toys and dipping products.

1. Medium polymerization degree 1200–1400, balanced tensile strength and low plastisol viscosity (2258 mPa·s), easy coating & dipping construction without sagging.
2. Ultra-low 24h thickening rate only 6%, extremely stable plastisol viscosity for continuous mass production.
3. Only 4 impurity particles, dual sieve residues far below standard limits, eliminate surface speckles and pinholes of finished goods.
4. Residual VCM ≤5μg/g, meets medical and export environmental protection standards.
5. Thermal whiteness up to 83, strong anti-yellowing performance under high-temperature gelation, ideal for light-colored and bright white products.
6. Neutral weak acid water extract pH 5.6, excellent compatibility with calcium-zinc environmental stabilizer systems, no equipment corrosion.
7. Superfine scraper fineness 35μm, forms ultra-smooth thin film without graininess.

Storage & Operation Safety Guidance

Storage Requirements

Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humid ground. Seal packaging tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption causing plastisol viscosity fluctuation. Adopt first-in first-out inventory management.

Operation Safety

Wear dust-proof mask, rubber protective gloves and chemical safety goggles during feeding and mixing to avoid PVC dust inhalation. In case of eye contact, flush continuously with plenty of clean water; wash contaminated skin thoroughly with soap and clean water.

Quality Statement

All test data in this COA are authentic lab test results of batch No.2645070 for reference only, not legally binding acceptance criteria. Actual processing performance is affected by plasticizer proportion, stabilizer formula, mixing process and storage environment. Small batch plastisol trial preparation before mass production is highly recommended to verify formula adaptability.
