1. Product Introduction
SWA-100 is high-purity sulfate-process anatase titanium dioxide with optimized organic surface treatment. It features ultra-high TiO₂ purity, excellent blue undertone, high whiteness and strong tinting reducing power. The particle size is fine and uniform with narrow distribution, bringing outstanding dispersibility in water-based and solvent-based systems. Low sieve residue and low volatile content effectively avoid surface defects of finished products. It is a cost-effective universal indoor pigment widely used in interior coatings, printing inks, plastics, papermaking, rubber and other indoor industrial products.

1. Ultra-high TiO₂ purity up to 98.7%, low impurity ions, stable chemical performance, high whiteness L* up to 99.03, low b* value presenting clean cool blue undertone.
2. High tint reducing power reaches 107, excellent light scattering and hiding power, reduce pigment addition amount to lower production cost.
3. Ultra-low 45μm sieve residue (only 0.02%), effectively eliminate speckles, pinholes and particle defects of coatings, plastic and ink products.

6. Storage & Operation Safety Guidance
Storage Requirements
Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, isolate from rain, moisture and direct sunlight. Place goods on pallets to prevent ground dampness. Seal packages tightly after opening to avoid moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Adopt first-in first-out inventory management.
Operation Safety
Wear dust masks, protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding and mixing to reduce dust inhalation. In case of eye contact, flush with plenty of clean water immediately; wash skin thoroughly with soap after direct contact with powder.

All test data are authentic test results of factory laboratory in accordance with GB/T 1706-2006 national standard. All data are typical reference values, not binding product warranty. Actual processing performance is affected by formula, grinding equipment, construction temperature and storage environment. Small batch trial test is strongly recommended before mass procurement and production.
