1. Product Introduction
BILLIONS™ BLR-895 is chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide for coating use, treated with zirconia-alumina composite inorganic coating and organic surface modification. It features ultra-fast and easy dispersion, superior hiding power and high gloss, delivering bright whiteness with pure cool blue undertone. The optimized double inorganic coating endows the pigment excellent outdoor weather resistance, applicable to both indoor and exterior coating systems.
